Yogi Govt Key decisions for Maha Kumbh Mela 2025- Important decisions regarding Kumbh Mela 2025 were taken in the cabinet meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday. The government has decided to organize grand roadshows in India and other countries to make this grand event, held in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26, 2025, historic and memorable.
Promotion of Maha Kumbh- The aim is to promote the importance of the Maha Kumbh and Sanatan culture at the national and international levels. The purpose of this event is to introduce Indian culture and Sanatan Dharma to the world in a new way. Grand road shows will be organized in 10 major cities of India like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Dehradun, and Patna. A budget of Rs 20-25 lakh has been set for each road show. For the first time, Maha Kumbh will be promoted at the international level. Road shows will also be organized in countries like Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, and Mauritius.
Necessary Arrangements- 220 new vehicles will be purchased to make the event run smoothly. These include 40 Mahindra Bolero Neo, 160 Bolero B6 BSVI and 20 buses. A budget of 27.48 crore rupees has been made for purchasing these vehicles.
Preparation in Mission Mode- The preparation for the success of Maha Kumbh Mela is being done in mission mode. Special attention is being given to improve transportation and other facilities for lakhs of devotees. Maha Kumbh is not just a religious event, but a symbol of the pride of Indian culture, art, and history. This time the Yogi government is preparing to take it to the global level. The image of Indian culture and Sanatan Dharma will be introduced to the world. For the first time, an initiative has been taken to give Maha Kumbh recognition at the global level.
